Process

Every production batch follows defined technical decisions.

Testing, acceptance and delivery parameters limit risk before starting volume production.

1. Product specifications

We specify application, width, material, design, colours, required tolerances, order size and delivery date.

2. Technology selection

Depending on the design, we use weaving, knitting, plaiting, crocheting, jacquard textile technology or sublimation.

3. Sampling and approval

We prepare pre-production sample. We check and agree on the color, SPLOT, structure, performance parameters, and the method of finishing and packaging.

4. Volume production

After acceptance of the test, we launch the proper production. The ready batch undergoes quality control, finishing and packing and packaging according to established requirements.
