How we develop cords.
The parameters result from the application, method of installation, contact with the user and expected durability.
Cord, links and shoelace we produce for clothing, footwear, advertising, outdoor equipment and technical applications. The method of plaiting, crocheting, weaving or knitting affects the cross-section, appearance, flexibility and durability of the product. Therefore, the right choice starts with its function.
We set a flat or round shape, diameter or width, material, colour, texture and way of ending. With shoelace and tips we can prepare an aglet tip and lengths ready for installation. With technical links we analyze the load, atmospheric conditions and method of fixing.
For products in contact with the skin or requiring specific documentation, we confirm the scope of materials and certification for a specific order. The test allows to evaluate grip, color, work cord and compliance with other elements of the product.

Round cords
The round variant works in clothing, bags, bags, travel equipment and utility elements. The core, braid and diameter are selected to the expected grip and load, and the color to the main material.

Technical ropes and cords
Links about the reinforced construction can work in garden equipment, handles, security and outdoor products. In the design we determine the diameter, material, resistance to conditions of use and the way of completion.

In sweatshirts, jackets, trousers and accessories string is also a useful and decorative element. We can adjust its shape, color, texture and pattern to the collection, keeping the parameters needed in everyday use.

Shoelace
Shoelace is prepared in an agreed length, shape and colour. Also important are the way of binding, the kind of mesh in the shoe and the tip. The material can be selected under marking if required by the design.

Drawcords with aglets
Drawcords are used in clothing, bags and accessories. They can be round or flat and their ends are protected by aglet. Length, size of the tip and way of finishing and packing are determined under the ready-made sewing or assembly process.

Kedra
Kedra is used for finishing seams and joints in furniture, cast irons and outdoor products. Depending on the design, it can take the form of a plaited core or a variant with fin designed to be sewn into the material.

Elastic cord
The Elastic cord combines flexibility with a small diameter. It can be flat or round and work in clothing, accessories, protective products and technical applications.

In selected flat designs it is possible to make a repetitive pattern. We evaluate the readability based on width and design.
How is the Kedra different from the normal cord?
Kedra is a structural or finishing piece of seam. It can have a core and fin designed for stitching, therefore it is designed under a specific method of assembly.
