Textile webbing is one of the main production areas of SPLOT-PAS. Depending on the design, they can perform a load-bearing, strengthening, decorative, finishing or identifying function. We manufacture solutions for clothing, footwear, advertising, medicine and industry, choosing technology to use the finished product.
The design starts with parameters: width, thickness, flexibility, rigidity, resistance to friction, colours and packaging. Another design requires a soft clothing flap, another textile webbing for the bag holder, and yet another component working at elevated temperature. As a result, the conversation concerns not only the appearance, but above all the function and repeatability of subsequent parties.
The design, color and finish can be developed on the basis of a design, photo or sample. Before launching the series, it is worth testing and testing textile webbing in the actual way of installation.

Load-bearing webbing can work as a handle, belt, bag element, backpack or technical equipment. Its parameters result from the load, thickness, width and method of stitching.
Light textile webbingThe tricotts allow you to obtain a soft, flexible structure. They are used, among other things, in clothing, footwear and textile finishes.
The reflective element increases the visibility of clothing, accessories and equipment used after dark. The textile webbing selection includes its design, width, stitching method and operating conditions. We confirm the safety requirements for a particular project.
Textile webbing gurt is used as a strengthening and stabilizing element, including in trousers and footwear. Stiffness, thickness and raw material are determined according to the expected work of the material and the way further finishing and packing.
