Elastic tape works in the finished product throughout its lifetime. It is not only about appearance but also about controlled stretching, return to original shape, softness, resistance to friction and stability of subsequent batches. Therefore, each project starts with the function of the product and the conditions in which it will be used.
We produce elastic tape woven, knitted, jacquard textile, technical and variants prepared for sublimation printing. They can be an element of clothing, underwear, footwear, sports equipment, advertising articles and specialist solutions. Depending on the needs, we choose the material, structure, width, elasticity, color and way of finishing and packing.
With logo or pattern designs, we evaluate its readability without stress or after stretching. The production test allows you to check the grip, appearance and behaviour of elastic tape before launching a larger series.

The compact woven construction helps to maintain stable shape and controlled work elastic tape. The variant is selected for clothing, footwear, underwear or technical application, determining width, tensile strength, return and material grip.
Model jacquard textile is created in the material structure, so it can combine the elastic function with the permanent brand designation. The logo readability depends on the width, number of colours, density of weave and stretching – these parameters are checked at the design stage.
A clear, properly prepared surface allows to apply multi-colour sublimation printing. We select the substrate and stabilization to reduce the deformation of the graphics during stretching. Before the series it is worth assessing the test with the target pattern.
Elastic tape can be soft, light and fitable. They are used in clothing, accessories, sports products and other products requiring flexible finishing. The composition, color and width are determined according to the expected work of the product.
