The jacquard textile technology allows you to weave a logo, inscription, ornament or technical marking directly in the structure of the material. The design is not a separate printing layer: it is made from properly run yarns. This makes textile webbing, elastic tape, woven label and emblems retain a textile character and clear detail.
The jacquard textile project requires matching to product width, weave density, color number and expected report. Too small lines or letters may need to be simplified, so we analyze the graphics before testing. With elastic tape we also check the behaviour of the mark during stretching.
We select the raw material, grip, color and finish for the industry and conditions of use. Jacquard textile can be a subtle marking of the collection, a visible branding belt or a technical information element.

Each pattern requires the translation of the graphics into a plexus language. We establish a report, contrast, number of colours and a minimum detail, and then prepare a sample. This allows the customer to evaluate the effect before ordering the entire series.
