The machinery we have at our disposal is among the most modern in Europe. High quality of the technologies we use, translates into the quality of the final product. We are in constant cooperation with the Italian company Comez, as well as the Swiss company Muller, both of which have been providing us with the latest production technologies for years.
In addition to the industry’s most advanced weaving and knitting technologies, we also use up-to-date and extensive pattern design software.

Winding devices
Rolling equipment, or in other words packaging equipment, is used to prepare the final product for shipment. The finished product is sent to the customer in form of discs, spools, skeins, galettes. We also have the option of stacking pre-ordered meters into cartons. The machines we use are Italian and Swiss and hygiene and safety are guaranteed by full automation.
Printers
The printing equipment we operate on allows us to accurately print uneven and irregular surfaces like expresses, rubbers and embossed tapes. Such precise sublimation printing is possible thanks to the use of state-of-the-art Swiss Müller machines with current certificates.
Kalanders
These are devices for thermal stabilization of products from tapes to strings. The temperature deviation does not exceed two degrees Celsius, which guarantees the highest quality of the final product. Calendering can also be used to apply a finish to the products we manufacture, making the final product stiffened or flame retardant.
Aglet Tipping Machines
We have fully automated tipping machines, allowing us to crimp aglet ends onto the shoelaces we produce at any length. Possible aglet widths 2.5 – 4cm.
Crocheters
They are equipment for the production of round and flat strings and rubber-strings by the needle method. Possible diameters of the final product are 1 – 10mm.
Braiding machines
These are machines for producing strings with reinforced strength and a variety of interlacing. We use 8-spindle, 16-spindle, 24-spindle, 40-spindle, 48-spindle and 25-spindle machines for flat rubber production. The widths and diameters that can be produced are 2-15mm for round and flat rubbers. The use of high-quality polypropylene and polyester guarantees excellent durability of the final product.
Jacquards
We produce on looms with heads of 192, 384 and 438 control lines. The technology we use allows us to put any pictogram on the finished product. The widths possible for wyrpdoukowania are from 10mm to 65mm.
Looms
Müller brand needle type needle weaving machines with 24 frame mechanical system and electronic system are used for tape and rubber production. This control allows for accurate reproduction of commissioned designs, from delicate laces to technical heavy duty tapes.
Knitting machines
The Comez brand knitting machines we produce on are equipped with 10″, 15″, 20″ scales, respectively. The control is carried out mechanically as well as electronically with the Comez draw system. The equipment allows the production of rubbers, tapes, trimmings, tricots of various patterns and widths.
